PR Sports Performance has Sport Specific Programs for all sports and all levels.  Whether you are a beginner, an elite level athlete or anywhere in between we have the program for you.  All our programs are currently available for sale, but we are currently uploading all our programs to the main site.  This means you have access to ALL our programs for one price!  Programs that have already been added include:

In just 2 years with Coach Horton at the helm of the FIU throwers strength and conditioning, we reached new levels of success and set the bar higher in our conference and the nation. 8 All-Conference honors, 2 Conference Champions, 5 School Records, 7 Freshman School Records, a Conference Freshman of the Year, 2 Conference Records, 2 National Qualifiers and 1 All-American. The bar has been raised and without Coach Horton, this doesn't happen.
