Training for Golf is very different than training for any other sport. The
coaches at PR Sports Performance understand this. Our golf program is tailor
made to improve your performance on the golf course. Our program emphasizes a
strong core, explosive rotational strength and a priority to keeping shoulders
healthy swing after swing. We will not only help you drive the ball farther, but
keep you healthy enough to hit the links everyday! Our 12 week program will
guide you every step of the way, taking the guess work out of working out. As
with all our programs, you will receive a FREE 3 month membership to guide you
through your workout.

In just 2 years with Coach Horton at the helm of the FIU throwers strength and conditioning,
we reached new levels of success and set the bar higher in our conference and the nation. 8
All-Conference honors, 2 Conference Champions, 5 School Records, 7 Freshman School Records, a
Conference Freshman of the Year, 2 Conference Records, 2 National Qualifiers and 1 All-American.
The bar has been raised and without Coach Horton, this doesn't happen.
