Football Elite Program

Our Elite Speed, Strength, and Conditioning Manual is designed for college players and advanced high school players.  It is a 12 week, 4 day a week program, including 4 days of strength training with 2 days of speed development/plyometrics and 2 days of agility/footwork training.  It also includes flexibility, core training and conditioning.  This program was written by Division I strength and conditioning coaches who have trained over 30 players currently playing in the NFL (see list below). We know what it takes to perform at a high level on the football field and we'll help you achieve it.  Prior lifting experience is assumed and will be necessary to keep up with the intensity of the Elite Program.  As with all our programs, a 3 month membership is included free with the purchase of a program.

Our Advanced Speed, Strength and Conditioning manual is designed for the high school player.  It is a 12 week, 3 day a week program, including 3 days of strength training with 2 days of agility/footwork training and 1 day of speed development/plyometrics.  It also includes flexibility, core training and conditioning.  This program was written by our coaches that have over 20 years experience working with football players.  The goal of our advanced program is to build upon the base that has been developed by our (or another) Beginner Program.  Prior lifting experience is assumed, but not absolutely necessary.  As with all our programs, a 3 month membership is included free with the purchase of a program.

Football Beginner Program

Our Beginner Speed, Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for the junior high school player.  It is a 12 week, 2 day a week program, including 2 days of strength training with 1 day of speed development/plyometrics and 1 day of agility/footwork training.  It also includes flexibility, core training and conditioning.  Our coaches understand what it takes to build a strong foundation of strength and running mechanics that will prepare the young athlete for his lifetime.  In fact, the goal of our Beginner Program is to build a foundation of strength and slowly introduce and teach the proper techniques and progression of exercises in the weight room and on the field.  It is intended for the younger athlete who is stepping into a true strength and conditioning program for the first time.  No prior experience is needed. As with all our programs, a 3 month membership is included free with the purchase of a program.

In just 2 years with Coach Horton at the helm of the FIU throwers strength and conditioning, we reached new levels of success and set the bar higher in our conference and the nation. 8 All-Conference honors, 2 Conference Champions, 5 School Records, 7 Freshman School Records, a Conference Freshman of the Year, 2 Conference Records, 2 National Qualifiers and 1 All-American. The bar has been raised and without Coach Horton, this doesn't happen.
