When you're a strength and conditioning coach, one thing you're always asked by family, friends and the guy you just met at the supermarket is,
"Can you write me a program?". So, we decided to pull all the workouts we have wrote over the years and add them to the member's area. There are
beginner workouts, advanced workouts, 2 day programs, 4 day programs, weight loss programs, muscle building programs and everything in between! There
are about 30 programs so far and we're adding new ones all the time. Just like with our sport specific programs, you'll find exercise descriptions and videos
to every exercise in the workouts and we have a forum devoted just to these workouts which we call our "Life Performance" section.
