Swimmers are some of the most dedicated athletes in sport.  Our swimming 'dry-land' workout will give swimmers the tools to help increase their speed and stamina in the pool, as well as reduce the chance of injury.  Our program focuses on shoulder and core strength to improve performance in the water.  It also includes plyometrics and explosive lower body strength to give you the edge out of the blocks.  Finally, our signature 'dry-land' conditioning program will make sure you are kicking while everyone else is fading.  We lay out everything step by step in our 12 week program.  All you have to bring is the Dedication, Intensity and Determination.  Did you PR today?
