Challenge Rules
1. Be honest. This is number one because it is the most crucial. We are all, for
the most part, doing this on our own. It would easy to cheat, lie and/or shave
reps. DON'T BE THAT PERSON!
1B. All times will be posted on the Record Board based upon the honor system, EXCEPT
for the top position. If you are submitting a new Challenge Record, it must be either
submitted with a video or witnessed by one of our PR Sports staff members.
2. Every exercise must be completed until moving on to the next exercise, unless
specified. For example, if 'Pullups x 50' is the first exercise in the workout,
all 50 pullups must be done before moving on to the next exercise.
3. Every exercise must be done in full range of motion. Considering all workouts
have a timed element, it is tempting to be Harry Halfrep and go do everything
halfway to get a quicker time. DON'T BE THAT PERSON! Squats are parallel, pushing
movements should go to full extension, etc.
4. Top Ten times/scores for each workout will be posted on the Record Board.
5. Challenge workouts may be performed anytime. New times may be posted at any time.

OR
Take the Tour!
In just 2 years with Coach Horton at the helm of the FIU throwers strength and conditioning,
we reached new levels of success and set the bar higher in our conference and the nation. 8
All-Conference honors, 2 Conference Champions, 5 School Records, 7 Freshman School Records, a
Conference Freshman of the Year, 2 Conference Records, 2 National Qualifiers and 1 All-American.
The bar has been raised and without Coach Horton, this doesn't happen.
