About PR Sports Performance:
PR Sports Performance was founded to give every athlete access to an elite
strength and conditioning program. Having not had true strength and
conditioning coaches in their playing careers, our coaches understand the
importance of having a proper program and getting sound training advice from
professionals in the field of strength and conditioning.
We are aware that not every athlete has a true strength and conditioning coach
available to them at their school or club team. Furthermore, we understand
that not every athlete can afford to go to a high priced training facility to
train. (Not to mention, many training facilities are not what they seem to
be.) We have dedicated our lives to helping athletes reach their full potential
and achieve success in their chosen sport.
Now we want to help YOU reach your goals. We have over 20 years combined
training athletes at a very high level. We have trained multiple
conference championship teams, many NCAA All-Americans, numerous All-Conference
players and have over 40 athletes currently playing professionaly in their
sport. Let us help you like we've helped so many others!
